Refund Policy, Warranty and Terms

CUSTOM KEYCAPS / STABILIZERS / MECHANICAL SWITCHES / SWITCH TOPS / KEYBOARD LUBE & OTHER KEYBOARD RELATED MODIFICATION ACCESSORIES:
No refund or exchanges for any keycap sets, Mechanical Switches & other keyboard related modification accessories such as lube, silencing clips, switch tops, stabilizers, etc. All sales are final.
CUSTOM DIY KEYBOARD PCB / CASE KITS
No refund of warranty for custom PCB & Case kits. Unless PCB is found DOA, we will arrange an exchange if notified within 10 days. Otherwise, all sales are final.
We pack all our items we sell with great care. However once an item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost goods delivered by the courier company. We will also not be responsible for any failure of goods delivered by the courier company due to any acts of God or due to any lost or stolen packages.
Customers that add Zeal Shipping Protection to their orders will be fully insured against lost, theft and damaged orders. Customers must report to the merchant if the package was marked delivered but can't find the parcel within 48 hours. Any shipment found stuck in transit must be reported to the merchant after 7 business days after the last scan before we can process a claim. Please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at support@zealpc.net with your order # so we can address your issue.
If an order was incorrectly packed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds are only available if orders have not been custom made and or processed for packaging / shipped out yet. Please e-mail support@zealpc.net if you would like to request a refund and meet the criteria.
Orders made prior to a holiday or flash sale will not be price matched.
Effective July 1st, 2021, Zeal Generation Inc. will collect all duties and/or taxes upon checkout to eligible countries. Shipment will be delivered to the customer with taxes prepaid, if paid for during checkout.
If Duties & Taxes are not collected upon checkout, the recipient will be solely responsible for paying any duties/taxes that are applicable for their order/shipment.
The shipping address provided on file will be the importer of record.
Zeal Generation Inc. reserves the right to change and or modify its policies at any given time without any prior notice.
Zeal Generation Inc. will apply a 15% restocking fee + any applicable returned shipping charges for items that are refused upon delivery / returned to sender.
